ORDERS, DELIVERY & RETURNS
When will I get my order?
For Ready to Ship the goal is to pack and ship within 2-3 business days.
For made-to-order products allow 2-3 business days for the product to be made and 2-3 business days for the order to be packed and shipped.
For personalized productsallow 5 business days and 2-3 business days for the order to be packed and shipped.
For custom products, bulk products, and promotional products we will work with you to determine timelines.
Upon ordering we will let you know if anything changes regarding timeline.
SHIPPING
Where do we ship to?
We only currently ship within the United States.
What shipping service do you use?
We currently ship via USPS Priority.
We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations.
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payment Methods
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal. We will not process payment until your order is ready to ship.
We will add sales tax to all orders ordered from or delivered to the state of California.
Why are structures made of wood?
We use wood in our structures because it is easy to laser cut and engrave, it is easy to work with, and easy to paint. It also looks realistic versus acrylic or other plastics.
Some are and some are inspired from real-world structures, but they are mostly from the designer's imagination.
